2. Return Policy

As a B2B supplier of medical-grade products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

• The products are defective or damaged during shipping
• The wrong items were supplied based on the confirmed order

In such cases:

• Please notify us within 7 working days from receipt
• Provide photographs and a brief description of the issue
• Returned products must be unused and in original packaging

All returns are subject to management approval. No returns are accepted for opened, used, or improperly stored items.
